Spring Expressive Arts Retreat

$205.00

Step into spring with a virtual retreat designed to nourish your body, creativity, and spirit. Through experiential Dance/Movement Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Expressive Arts, you’ll be invited into a journey of embodied exploration, emotional renewal, and creative expression. Create safety, freedom, joy, and balance within.

This retreat offers a supportive space to move, create, and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the natural rhythm of change and growth. As spring unfolds, we also come home to our own unfolding. Spring, here in the Northeast, includes baby birds singing after a nourishing rain, and the flight of petals falling from the cherry blossom trees: a dance between inward stillness and outward curiosity. We honor the duality within ourselves.

Led by Licensed Creative Arts Therapists trained in Dance/Movement Therapy and beyond:

Jennifer Giuglianotti, LCAT and Joy Ruben Welts, LMHC, LCAT
