Join our Saturday "Mindful Movement" classes for children with special needs in (Red Hook) Brooklyn, NY
Extreme Kids & Crew, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is a community center that provides a welcoming, supportive space for children with disabilities, their families and friends, to socialize, create and play. Through arts-based programming and a sensory gym for constructive play, caregivers, siblings and children of all abilities come together to explore, connect, relax and gain confidence in their capabilities.

  • My Circle of Girls

Led by a wonderful parent of a girl with autism:  My Circle of Girls, is a social and service group for girls living with autism. Our NYC Chapter is a new chapter for girls ages 7 - 13. We meet monthly for fun and exciting activities designed to encourage friendship building between girls and their families. Our monthly programs bring our girls together for various private and community activities that enable them to bond and for their parents to connect. My Circle of Girls also creates a unique network of support for families involved. Our meetings are currently generously hosted and supported by Extreme Kids and Crew in Ridgewood, Queens, where we meet. 
 
  • NY Harbor Healthcare System Veteran's Administration

 Jennifer volunteers with the VA to offer free DMT groups in Brooklyn, NY. 
  • Love Takes Root School & Orphanage: Jacmel, Haiti

 

 

Jennifer Giuglianotti travels to Haiti three times a year through her nonprofit project, "Viv Lanmou" (Live Love). This project offers dance/movement therapy and art to over 200 children affected by trauma from the earthquake and hurricane.
