Who This Group Is For
This group is designed for individuals who experience:
Persistent anxiety or chronic worry
Overthinking or difficulty “shutting off” the mind
A constant sense of being on edge or overwhelmed
Physical symptoms of anxiety (tension, restlessness, fatigue)
Difficulty relaxing, even when things are “okay”
This group may also support those navigating life transitions, loss, or ongoing emotional stress impacting the nervous system.
Clinical Approach
This is a structured psychotherapy group grounded in:
Somatic Therapy (nervous system regulation and body awareness)
Expressive Arts Therapy (non-verbal processing and integration)
Evidence-informed mind-body interventions
Each session includes guided experiential practices to support:
Regulation of the autonomic nervous system
Increased interoceptive awareness
Reduction of physiological anxiety responses
Development of sustainable coping strategies
Participants will leave each session with concrete, applicable tools to use in daily life.
Group Structure
60-minute weekly sessions
Small group format (max 8 participants)
Facilitated for safety, pacing, and engagement
Each session builds upon the previous week
This is a 6-week structured cohort, followed by a 2-week integration break.
Participants may continue into future cycles for deeper work and ongoing support.
Cost & Payment
$65 per session
$390 total per 6-week cycle
Billed weekly on the day of attendance

Facilitated by a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT)
Superbills provided for:
CPT Code 90853 (Group Psychotherapy)
Reimbursement varies by plan.
